We had a wonderful dinner, fine food, 4 course menu, oysters and champagne to begin. And the staff was amazing, absolutely very friendly and  correct, but relaxed and in for a chat at the same time.We would definitely go back.

Because the kitchen was closed in our hotel we fled to Fletcher hotel de Paasberg. Via the Fork reserved because they had 50% discount action. We really had a good food and enjoyed a evening out. I would have liked to have a table on the window, if possible, and it was also fixed.

A nice restaurant where much attention and explanation was to the customers.There was one person working in the service and he had controlled it.We had chosen a tapas menu and this was very tasty all.We certainly come back, really a recommender

Wat een fantastische ervaring in dit sfeervolle restaurant! We hebben genoten van een heerlijk 4 gangenmenu met bijpassend wijnarrangement met voorafgaand tongstrelende amuses. De fazant was een klein beetje taai maar we komen zeker terug!

What a fantastic experience in this atmosphereful restaurant! We enjoyed a nice 4-gang menu with an appropriate wine arrangement with pre-tong-speaking fun. The fa&ccedil;an was a little tough but we will certainly come back!

We hebben een 8 gangen diner genoten met vooraf nog oesters. Het eten was boven verwachting goed en we komen hier zeker graag weer terug. Als u van smaakvol, gevarieerd en mooi dineren houdt, een absolute aanrader.
